How We Started
Back in 2019, I was working with a manufacturing company that couldn't figure out why their costs kept climbing. They had spreadsheets everywhere, different departments tracking expenses their own way, and nobody could give the owner a straight answer about where money was going.
That project taught me something important. Most businesses don't need complex software or expensive consultants. They need clear systems and people who understand how to use them properly.

So we built our training programs around that idea. Real scenarios, practical tools, and step-by-step processes that make sense to people who aren't accountants.
