Technical Requirements

Everything you need to know about system specifications, compatibility, and technical prerequisites for our cost management solutions

System Specifications & Prerequisites

Hardware Requirements

Minimum System Specifications

Our cost management platform runs efficiently on most modern business computers. We've designed the system to work well even on older hardware — because not every business needs the latest and greatest to manage their finances effectively.

  • Processor: Intel i3 or AMD equivalent (2.0 GHz minimum)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended for larger datasets
  • Storage: 2GB available space for local cache and reports
  • Display: 1280x720 resolution minimum, 1920x1080 recommended
  • Network: Stable internet connection (2 Mbps minimum)
Software Compatibility

Operating Systems & Browsers

We support all major operating systems and browsers. Most of our Thailand-based clients use Windows, but we've seen great success with Mac and Linux users too. The web-based interface means you're not locked into any specific platform.

Network & Security

Connectivity & Access Requirements

Security matters when handling financial data. We use bank-grade encryption, but your network setup plays a role too. Most standard business networks work perfectly, though some corporate firewalls might need minor adjustments.

  • HTTPS support (TLS 1.2 minimum, TLS 1.3 recommended)
  • Firewall access to ports 80 and 443
  • Cookie and JavaScript support enabled
  • Pop-up blocking exceptions for report generation
  • Local storage enabled for session management
  • IPv4 and IPv6 dual-stack support
Integration Capabilities

Third-Party System Requirements

We integrate with most popular accounting software used in Thailand's business environment. Whether you're running QuickBooks, SAP, or local Thai accounting systems, we can usually make it work. API access varies by software, so we'll check compatibility during setup.

  • REST API capability for real-time data sync
  • CSV/Excel export functionality from existing systems
  • Database connectivity (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  • FTP/SFTP access for automated file transfers
  • OAuth 2.0 support for secure third-party connections
Technical Support Note

Don't worry if your current setup doesn't meet every requirement. We help businesses upgrade gradually — starting with what you have and improving over time. Most of our Thailand clients begin with basic setups and expand as they see results.

Mobile Access

While we recommend desktop use for detailed analysis, our mobile interface works well for quick reports and approvals. Many managers check daily summaries on their phones during commutes or site visits.
